Over three days, you’ll learn a simple formula, based on Somatic Stress Release™, to change how your nervous system responds to things that feel scary so that you can just do them.

What: Each day, there will be a teaching portion followed by a coworking session, so that you can bring whatever it is you find stressful and practice your new skills in real time.
