"Do What Scares You" Coworking Sessions

Join us for a weekly boost of courage and productivity!

These free coworking sessions are designed to help you tackle your most challenging tasks with confidence. What to expect:

  • A brief body-based practice to center yourself and boost your courage 
  • 50 minutes of focused work time on your most important (or intimidating) tasks
  • 10 minutes for sharing, questions, and mini-coaching (as time allows)

Whether you're preparing for a big presentation, starting a new project, or simply need accountability to push through your comfort zone, this session is for you. Come ready to work on something that matters – and leave feeling accomplished and empowered.

Sessions are held Mondays from 1pm to 2pm ET via Zoom. Space is limited to ensure a supportive environment. Reserve your spot now!
